Cut-off Announcement during Ramadan in all
Arabian Gulf Terminals

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that we are facing low productivity in all Gulf terminals due to the reduced hours during Ramadan. Hence, we expect slow operation, early and delayed berthing and more.

During this period, we request you provide a load list of booked containers 48 hours before the port cut-off. Managing a late load list will be challenging, especially during the Eid al-Fitr holidays.

Late load list approval to the terminal will only be given subject to stowage position availability.

Please note CargoGulf will not accept any charges due to a late load list, incomplete load list and/or unapproved special planned shipments.

We kindly request your cooperation during this time and appreciate your understanding. Please be assured that we are taking all necessary measures to minimize any potential impact on our operations, and we will make every effort to ensure smooth operations and minimize any inconvenience to our valued customers during this period.
