Please note the cut-off day and time for booking cancellation is every Wednesday at 12PM, GMT+4. Mandatory dead freight charges will apply for all booking cancellation after the cut-off day.

Cancellation terms:
• Any cancellation within 14 days of vessel advertised departure = 25% of agreed freight
• Any cancellation within 10 days of vessel advertised departure = 50% of agreed freight
• Any cancellation within 7 days of vessel advertised departure = 75% of agreed freight
• Any cancellation within 5 days of vessel advertised departure = 100% of agreed freight
