Fixed prices, guaranteed space for efficient booking

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 22 July 2022 - CargoGulf has launched “Easy Connect”, an online tool for forward space and rate requests, offering liner customers an efficient and hassle-free booking experience directly through its website www.cargogulf.com.

In this first phase, two (2) CargoGulf services – Arabian Gulf and Asia (AGA) and Mekong Gulf Express (MGE) trade lanes, sailing between the ports of Southeast Asia and the Arabian Gulf, are available. Easy Connect will be available on all CargoGulf services in the next roll-out.

The first Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) to offer a 24/7 web-based booking system, CargoGulf has invested in developing the value-added tool for its customers.

“Easy Connect is an additional communications channel for our customers. Thereafter, they can still contact us through phone calls or emails to amend bookings without starting all over again. We aim to make the client experience as easy and uncomplicated as possible,” says Hans-Henrik Nielsen, CargoGulf’s Global Development Director.

“Forward bookings are vital for both forwarders and their clients as well as for us. The assurance of guaranteed bookings on the customer’s side and secured revenue for the company is a mutual win,” he adds.
