All Shipping Lines, Agents, and Port Users

In line with the circular issued by the Federal Transport Authority- Land & Maritime (FTA) for the New Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), kindly note that all ships calling DP World Ports that have visited a Chinese port in the last 30 days must provide a statement by the Master three days before the arrival to DP World Ports stating that all crew members on board are free from any symptoms that include the following:

● High fever
● Sore throat
● Persistent coughing and breathing difficulties
● Other symptoms that may cause the New Coronavirus

If the New Coronavirus is suspected to be affecting the crew onboard a ship, the Port management will report the possibility to FTA and will await further instructions before allowing the ship to enter.

We kindly request all Vessel Masters and/or Agents to notify the Port of crew change by providing a list, which includes (passenger names, passport details, and list of countries visited in the last 14 days). The list shall be submitted to (jaispsoffice@pcfcsecurity.ae) 48 Hours prior to the vessel's ETA. This will ensure that all relevant Coronavirus screenings are conducted in coordination with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

Similar action has also been taken in the Kuwait ports of Shuwaikh and Shuaiba.
