Please note our revised cancellation policy with immediate effect.

Westbound

• USD 500 per TEU: Any cancellation before five (5) working days or more prior to vessel's ETA from Asia to the Arabian Gulf.
• USD 1500 per TEU: Any cancellation within five (5) working days.

Eastbound

• USD 100 per TEU: Any cancellation before three (3) working days or more prior to vessel's ETA from the Arabian Gulf to Asia.
• USD 200 per TEU: Any cancellation within three (3) working days.
